During the process of turning sugarcane to jaggery, one of the essential steps is clarifying the extracted juice. In many commercial operations, chemical agents are used to remove impurities from the juice, but in our Jaggery,  okra pulp  has been used for this purpose. The natural mucilage present in okra acts as a gentle yet effective clarifying agent, helping to purify the juice by binding with impurities and bringing them to the surface for easy removal.

This method of using okra pulp maintains the natural jaggery's nutritional profile while ensuring that the flavor remains intact. By avoiding chemical clarifiers, we ensure that our jaggery made of sugarcane is free from harmful residues, making it a healthier and safer option for consumers.
